• Ophthalmologist-in-Chief and the Richard M. Robb Chair of Ophthalmology at Boston Children’s Hospital, USA.
• President of the Children’s Hospital Ophthalmology Foundation, and Professor and Vice Chair of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School.
• Ophthalmologist-in-Chief in the Department of Ophthalmology at Boston Children’s Hospital, which is the largest pediatric ophthalmology department in the USA and perhaps the world, with more than 40 faculty members.
• Book: Learning Strabismus Surgery: A Case-Based Approach and Last-Minute Optics.
• He is past Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and past Vice President of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO). He is currently President of AAPOS.
